Xavier Cheval leads the healthcare property business at Praemia REIM France and oversees ESG for Praemia REIM group. He is also CEO of Praemia Healthcare, a €6bn non-listed European healthcare REIT with assets in France, Spain, Germany and Portugal.
Xavier has worked in healthcare property investment since 2007 and has held a number of leadership roles. A graduate of École Centrale Paris (Engineering) and INSEAD (MBA), Xavier is passionate about the social impact of healthcare real estate and committed to delivering long-term value for investors.
