David K. Alberti is Managing Director – Healthcare France at Christie & Co, where he is responsible for developing the company’s healthcare advisory and brokerage activity in the French market. He supports owners, operators and investors across the care sector, bringing strong expertise in healthcare real estate, investment and market development.
David has a wealth of experience in healthcare real estate across Europe, having previously worked as an EMEA Healthcare Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle (since 2022) where he was involved in numerous transactions and advised owners and operators in the framework for their development in France and across Europe. He carried out mandates totalling a transactional volume of more than €1.5 billion.
