Policy Analyst in the Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs at the OECD, Karolin analyses and compares social protection systems and policies. Focussing on population ageing and integrated health and long-term care as well as workforce related topics, she also provides technical support with the implementation of health system reforms and skill development initiatives. In her previous assignments, she analysed the impact of skill demand and supply on labour markets and adult learning systems.
